About me

My name is Alessio Baggio and I'm a Life Scout with Troop 250, Waltham. I am also a senior at Waltham High School, where I'm a member of the Environmental Club. I've been volunteering for Meadowscaping for Biodiversity, an environmental education and enrichment program, since I was 11 years old. 

My curiosity and love of nature led me to found a magnet fishing club in my community. Using high powered magnets my friends  and I have pulled hundreds of pounds of metal and other junk out of the Charles River in Waltham. 

I am passionate about nature and healing the earth and hope this Eagle Scout project will help in that mission.
